WindyCityDB: Thank You!

A hearty Thank You to everyone who helped make the first WindyCityDB successful. In particular, we would like to thank:
- Kevin Zolkiewicz for design (site & iPhone), organization, and project management.
- Ginny Hendry for creating & managing the Open Lab.
- Stan Fisher, Mike Rubin, Jeff Cohen, Ryan Balla, and Justin Love for their work on the iPhone app dev team.
- Adam Grandy for audio/video leadership, and David London for video & still photos.
- Carl Jackson, Kermit Lattimore, Dave Giunta, Toby Tripp, Jarrod Boston, and Matt Polito for stepping up and helping on event day.
Of course, members of our team overlap in multiple areas because we’re just a dynamic bunch of folks!
Giving Back
WindyCityDB raised over one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the Greater Chicago Food Depository this year. The exact amount will be posted after the final conference bills have been tallied.
Next Year?
Based on early feedback from attendees, you can expect to see another WindyCityDB next year. Details will be announced sometime after WindyCityRails. Thank you for your participation and your continued encouragement!
