$5 Million Funding for Web 2.0 Apps
The Knight Foundation is offering $5 million for great Web 2.0 apps. Sources say that Ruby on Rails developers are under-represented amongst the winners. Perhaps we can change that!
If you have a great idea that will improve local online news, deepen community engagement, bring Web 2.0 tools to local neighborhoods, develop publishing platforms and standards to support local conversations or innovate how we visualize, experience or interact with information, the Knight Foundation wants to see it!
